We are passionate about amazing ingredients that are good for you, good for the planet, and respectful of animals. Every choice in our kitchen is intentional, guided by care for body, earth, and spirit.
Ingredients with Integrity
At Nevedya, organic isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. We don’t throw it on the menu for one or two items while cutting corners everywhere else. We care too much for that.
We go as far as we can to source food that is organic, ethical, and transparent. If it’s on your plate, it’s been chosen with love and intention. No hidden nasties, no clever spin, no shortcuts that compromise the spirit of what we do. Just honest, nourishing food that respects people, animals, and the earth.
No deep fryer, no microwave — just real cooking with care.
No cheap seed oils
Healthy organic cooking fats only: extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil, and grass-fed butter.
Pink Himalayan salt — never refined “cooking salt.”
Refined sugar free — we use only coconut sugar, maple syrup, agave, and rice malt syrup.
Organic fruit, vegetables, and dry goods
Organic and small-scale artisan dairy.
Locally roasted, organic, fair-trade coffee.
Organic artisan sourdough bread, baked locally.
True free-range, pastured eggs from small farms (just 94 hens per hectare!).

We believe kitchens can be joyful, creative spaces — not places of stress, shouting, or burnout. At Nevedya there is no anger, no toxic hierarchy, and no relentless overwork. Our team eats, takes breaks, and is encouraged to bring their full selves to the table.
Fairness matters. We pay proper weekend and public holiday penalty rates, and we respect that hospitality workers deserve balance, dignity, and the chance to thrive.
